The booking is considered binding only after the required deposit has been paid (€300 ). The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
We accept cash and bank transfer as payment methods.
Cancellation policy:
You do not have a legal right of withdrawal under consumer protection law; however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
If you are unable to start your booked holiday or need to cancel:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: only the deposit is retained.
- From 3 months to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the travel price will be charged.
- Within the last 30 days before arrival: 100% of the booking price will be charged.
- In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the travel price will be charged.
These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled apartments are re-rented in whole or in part.
